Option #1A

MOST AFFORDABLE "BY-OWNER" PROGRAM

 A low one-time fee ($199) entitles you to use our service until your home is sold.  We provide the marketing tools and selling kit; then you show your home, negotiate with the Buyers, and use our experts to prepare all the paperwork.

Option #1B

PREMIUM "BY OWNER" PROGRAM

A low one-time fee ($299) entitles you to all of the services in Option #1A  PLUS a market analysis of selling activity in your neighborhood AND a one-on-one 1 hour seminar explaining the step-by-step process involved in selling your home 

Option #2

MLS "by Owner"

For a Low Fee of $499  your home can be entered into the Colorado Springs Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  You set up your showings, handle all negotiations and paper work.  A fee must be offered to the agent representing the buyer with the customary payment of 3%.  Seller's Choice will put your home on Realtor.com and other internet sites.  Call our office for all the details!

Option #3

FLAT-FEE BROKERAGE SERVICE

(Colorado Springs Only)

 "For Sale By Owner" with the assistance of a licensed realtor.  Sell your home without the MLS and still get the added benefit of a real estate professional.  In addition to your efforts to sell "by owner", we will give your property internet exposure and can offer discounted newspaper advertising.  Your realtor will handle the negotiations, prepare the contract, and take care of all paperwork.  The realtor will also qualify the buyer, track the inspections,  talk to the mortgage company, track the appraisals, order title work, and attend closing with you.

THE BEST OF ALL SELLING OPTIONS!

Get all the benefits of a full service listing and still retain the right to sell your property yourself.  You will not pay a commission if there are no agents involved in the transaction.
